Hello everyone, this is WPCGeekboy, owner and operator of Waypoint Cafe NYC.  As some of you may have noticed, we retooled the website into a news site for now as we move forward with the changes that I want to bring to Waypoint.  The end goal is still to reopen the cafe and provide a one-stop shop for all things gaming and nerdy in the city.  But that will be another time in another post.  This post is about Weekly Gaming Round Up!  Now you are probably wondering what this is.  This is kinda like a small mini blog post, but also gives you insight into what we play.  Since this is the first one, it’s just me for now, so I will start off.

What I have been playing this week, I have been in a handheld mood recently.  So I have been going back and forth between my Analogue Pocket, playing Pokémon Yellow again, and my AYN Odin 2pro.  Both of these have been great for subway travel, relaxing in bed, or on my couch.  Pokémon has been fun to play through, and honestly, recreating Red’s team from Gold and Silver.  So far, I am taking it slow, and I have only beaten Brock and Misty.  The other game I am playing is on my Android gaming handheld, Odin 2Pro.  This has been Archknights Endfeild.  This game has been scratching the Visual Novel itch I have had for a while.  The combat has been smooth, and I am really enjoying the factory building/ resource management in the game.  The only downside is that it requires being online at all times, so I have been using either my phone’s hotspot function or whatever free wifi I can connect to while out.  Those have been my most-played games this week.  I may have some more this week as im nearing the end of ArchKnights for now.  Some photos below of my teams and pulls, as well as of my Pocket.
